Process of Start up

1. Check all connecting components to ensure normal operation.
2. Open the sealing water valve.
3. Caution: Do not idle the equipment, as failure to open the sealing water may cause damage to the mechanical seal.
4. The outlet valve is closed, the slag discharge valve is half open, and the inlet valve is opened at 1/4 degree.
5. Open the flushing water valve.
6. Start the pressure screen motor.
7. Close the flushing water valve.
8. Adjust the opening of each valve to ensure that the pressure difference is controlled between 0.1-0.3 kg/cm2 and the outlet pressure is between 0.8-1.5 kg/cm2.

Process of Shup off

1. Stop supplying the pulp pump.
2. Close the inlet pipe valve.
3. Open the inlet pipe flushing valve to flush the pressure screen. If the parking time exceeds 2 hours each time, rinse the inside with water before parking. If the parking time exceeds 8 hours, rinse with water and then empty the water.
4. Close the pressure screen motor and flushing water valve.
5. Close the sealing water valve.

Requirement of Sealing Water

1. Water pressure: higher than the inlet pressure by more than 0.5kg/cm, with a maximum of 3.5kg/cm.
2. Water volume: (5L/min)
3. Water quality: Clear water, no silt required.
To ensure the pressure and quality of the sealing water and improve the service life of the mechanical seal, please install a pressure gauge and filter device by yourself.
5. The pressure screen cannot be activated without opening the sealing water.
