Fiber Separator Screen Plate and Rotor

The screen rotor and plate is core parts for fiber separator. It can defiber the pulp fiber efficiently and suit to separate the light and heavy impurity. The main function of fiber separator rotor and screen plate is as below:

Impurity separation: When the fiber separator is running, the screen plate and rotor utilize the difference in specific gravity between fibers and impurities (such as sand, plastic film, cotton yarn, etc.), light impurities are gathered in the central area and discharged from the outlet through centrifugal force or eddy current, while heavy impurities are thrown towards the periphery for removal. This process can avoid impurity fragmentation and refinement, and reduce the load on subsequent screening equipment.

Fiber defibering and crushing: The fiber separator mechanically dissociates waste paper raw materials. The rotor and screen plate work together to break down the pulp into individual fibers and perform secondary crushing on the pulp after the hydrapulper to improve the degree of fiber dissociation and utilization. This helps to reduce energy consumption (such as saving 10-20% of unit electricity consumption) and minimize fiber loss.

Screening and Purification: Integrated with screening function, it can perform coarse screening on the pulp, remove coarse impurities, and obtain purer fiber pulp.
