Fiber Separator Screen Plate

The Function of Screen Plate in Fiber Separator

The screen plate in a fiber separator primarily separates impurities from the slurry and maximizes fiber recovery for reuse. The fine mesh on the screen surface allows qualified fibers to pass through while retaining slurry debris.

The Operating Process of the Screen Plate in the Fiber Separator.

Pump the pulp from above the cylinder into the separation chamber along the tangential direction, and use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller to make the pulp circulate in the separator. The heavy impurities in the pulp are quickly thrown to the periphery and rotate along the cylinder wall, and the heavy slag enters the slag removal system. Light impurities accumulate at the center under centripetal force, and are discharged from the outlet at the front end of the center under pressure. The good pulp separated from impurities enters the next process through the screen plate.
