The fiber separator rotor is mainly to separate the light and heavy impurities, and secondly break the pulp from Hydrapulper. Sun Hong’s rotor features a special design that effectively separates light and heavy impurities and prevents screen clogging. The rotor blades are made of wear-resistant, high-strength alloy steel, and the body can be made of cast iron or stainless steel. The rotating impeller rotor is closely attached to the screen plate, and a small gap (1-3mm) is maintained between the impeller rotor and the screen plate. The high-speed rotation of the rotor generates centrifugal force to break down the raw materials and separate light and heavy impurities.
