Starch Coating Screen Basket Application

Coater filter screen basket is used in all applications from starch to kaolin for the pulp and paper industry.

There are two types of coating screen basket: outflow coating screen basket and inflow coating screen basket.

Starch is widely and indispensable in the paper industry, and its unique physical and chemical properties significantly improve paper performance, while also helping to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
In the paper industry, adding starch to the wet section (pulp) is a key step. Generally, cationic starch is the preferred wet end starch, especially widely used in the production process of cultural paper and packaging paper. The coating screen is used to store and screen starch to obtain high-quality adhesive that can be sprayed onto wet paper spokes.
