The screen plate is the screening device of the hydrapulper. After the raw materials enter, the bottom rotor rotates at high speed, generating strong eddy currents and shear forces. The pulp circulates internally, rubbing against each other between the fibers and separating them from impurities. Qualified fiber and water mixture passes through the screen holes on the screen plate under pressure and enters the next process. Large impurities are trapped on the screen plate and discharged in a centralized manner. Impurity removal: Intercept large particles of impurities such as knots, raw materials, and fiber bundles to avoid blocking pipelines or damaging subsequent equipment. Improved pulping efficiency: Through the support of the screen plate, the energy consumption of the motor is reduced and the service life of the equipment is extended.
