The rotor of the pulp impurity separator is the core component of the equipment, and its main function is to separate pulp and impurities through high-speed rotation during the pulp and paper making process. The rotor is usually made of wear-resistant 2CR13, with specific structures designed on the surface (such as blades or grooves) to promote the flow of pulp and use centrifugal force to discharge the good pulp through the screen plate, while intercepting coarse impurities. After the pulp enters fiber separator, the rotor rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal force. Light impurities are thrown towards the inner wall of the casing and discharged through the light slag pipe, while heavy impurities are regularly discharged through the heavy slag pipe.
