The Working Principle of the Screen Plate in the Impurity Separator

During the pulping process of the hydrapulper, the pulp containing coarse, light, and heavy impurities accumulates in the sediment well and overflows into the impurity separator. Under the action of its rotor, the good pulp enters the next process through the screen plate. Coarse impurities remain in the impurity separator and are periodically washed and sent to the cylindrical screen for dehydration before being discharged. The use of impurity separators can remove impurities from waste pulp as early as possible, avoid defibering impurities during the pulping process, reduce the load on subsequent process equipment, and improve the production capacity of the hydrapulper. This machine is a supporting equipment in continuous pulping systems, with high impurity removal efficiency, large production capacity, compact structure, and easy installation and maintenance.
