A typical pulper rotor consists of a turntable body, a blade arm, a main blade, a turbulence bar, and a wear-resistant protective layer. The turntable body serves as the load-bearing foundation and ensures structural strength through integrated molding technology; The blade arm is arranged obliquely along the circumference, forming a synergistic turbulence effect with the turbulence bar; As the core cutting component, the inclination angle and blade design of the main blade directly affect the cutting efficiency.
