Drilled Screen Basket
The pressure screen basket surface is a uniformly distributed round hole with a diameter of usually 1.0-3.0mm. It has a sturdy structure, strong impact resistance, and is not easily deformed or damaged. Mainly used for coarse screening, removing large particle impurities such as plastic sheets, metal wires, and sawdust from pulp, suitable for working conditions such as waste paper pulping and chemical pulp coarse screening, with the advantages of strong durability and large processing capacity.

Slotted Screen Basket
Design of the Slotted Screen Basket: The slotted screen basket surface is a parallel precision narrow slot with a slot width of 0.1-0.5mm, and the filtration accuracy is much higher than that of the drilled screen basket. It is divided into flat slotted screen basket and waveform slotted screen basket. Among them, the waveform slotted screen basket is the first choice for fine screening because its surface grooves can guide fiber flow, greatly reducing the risk of slurry blockage. It’s mainly used for pre-screening, pulp grading, coarse and fine screening to ensure uniform and delicate paper production.

- Plate Type Screen Basket
This pressure screen basket is made by rolling and welding stainless steel sieve plates, it is easy to process and has a moderate cost. It’s suitable for screening medium and low concentration pulp, it is a common choice for small and medium-sized paper enterprises and widely used in conventional pulp screening processes.
- Rod Type Screen Basket
The rod type pressure screen basket is made of wedge-shaped stainless steel rods arranged precisely along the circumference, with uniform gaps, extremely strong rigidity, excellent wear resistance, anti blocking, and anti-corrosion performance. It can withstand the impact of high concentration and high impurity pulp, with a service life far exceeding that of plate screen basket. It is mainly used in large-scale waste paper pulp production lines, high concentration screening, and heavy impurity conditions, and is the core configuration of high-end screening equipment.

- Inflow Screen Basket
