MDF refiner plate are composed of grinding teeth and castings, and are divided into types such as helical teeth and straight teeth according to the characteristics of fiber raw materials. The fiber separation efficiency is optimized through gradient design of crushing zone, coarse grinding zone, and fine grinding zone (accounting for 31.25%, 25%, 43.75%). Castings must meet high flatness and low roughness standards to avoid casting defects in thin-walled structures. During operation, it is necessary to maintain the accuracy of dynamic and static balance to ensure the stability of the equipment. The material is made of multi-element alloy and high chromium cast iron, among which high chromium cast iron has better wear resistance and does not require complex heat treatment processes due to its microstructure advantages.
